| The Extra-virgin
Olive Oil from Biological Agriculture and the Aromatic
Extra-virgin Olive Oil produced and/or commercialised by
Azienda Agricola San Matteo, are the product of olives cultivated
in the area called Terra di Bari/Bitonto, like the extra-virgin olive
oil "Le Giare di Puglia",
these oils are produced using "Ogliarola" and "Coratina"
olives. Oils are processed following the same criteria of working and are characterised by very law acidity levels and, in any case, the same as our original product. Useless to say, what we have said above, is not systematically detectable in the aromatic oil which, even if it is the product of the same olives and of the same process, may appear alterable by the presence of the herbs in their natural state which are put in the bottle (instead of the flavouring essences, more widespread on the market). |

virgin olive oil comes in 0.75 litre and 1 litre bottles
and 5 litre cans.
