About Us
"Oliarola and Coratina" olives are grown on the farmland owned by the azienda Agricola San Matteo, extending over an area located between Giovinazzo and Bitonto in the province of Bari. The Olives are harvested by hand and miled whitin 48 hours of being harvested, they are cold pressed in order to obtain a light very low acidity aromatic tasting oil with a strong fruity aroma and ancient flavour.
It is especially recommended for Mediterranean diets and is the ideal dressing to enhance the taste of fish based dishes, salads and cooked vegetables.
It is clear and its green colour has golden reflections.
Azienda Agricola San Matteo has been set up in order to provide an excellent customer service together with competence, innovation and technology. Furthermore, it is market-oriented.
The quality of our extra-virgin olive oil is confirmed by a number of certifications obtained thanks to the competence and the respect of the different European standards during each phase of the production, from the cultivation to the picking, from the production to the packaging.
The present task of Azienda Agricola San Matteo is to spread the olive oil culture, by offering to our consumers a wide range of products which perfectly match the different tastes of the table. It is for this reason that our customer can choose between the traditional extra-virgin olive oil, the biological oil and the aromatic oil. And for the most discerning customers, we suggest our delicious oil "Le Giare di Puglia", the extra-virgin DOP* Terra di Bari/Bitonto


Auf den Gebieten des Landwirtschaftsbetriebes "San Matteo", welche sich zwischen Giovinazzo und Bitonto in der Provinz von Bari befinden. Werden die Oliven "Oliarole" und "Coratina" angebaut, die von Hand geerntet und innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Ernte gepresst werden.
Sie werden kalt bearbeited um ein leichtes Öl mit geringem Säuregehalt, sehr feinem aromatischen Geschmack zu erhlten.
Das Öl ist im besonderen für die Kost des Mittelmerraumes bestimmt und ideal zum verfeinern von Fischspeisen, Salaten und rohem Gemuse geeignet.
